Liability: We are only acting as agents for various contractors (hotels, bus companies, airlines, ferries etc.) and are therefore in no way responsible for the fulfilment of their obligations, nor are we to be held liable for accidents, delays, losses etc. The liability of all these contractors remains unprejudiced. Right is also reserved to program changes and alterations as well as substitution of services listed above, when and where necessary, without prior notice. Interra Reisen reserves the right to cancel the tour if minimum participation is not reached. Conditions accepted upon booking.
Herewith I confirm my booking and in case of cancellation there are fees to be paid. I authorize Interra Reisen to charge my credit card for the total costs of this tour.
Travel Insurance: Interra Reisen recommends travel insurance to cover cancellation, luggage, health, etc. To order and take out Travel Insurance, please see our website under "INSURANCE"
Payment: For bus tour packages: credit cards will be charged 45-30 days prior to departure and only if trip is confirmed. Within 30 days prior to departure, credit cards will be charged immediate! For flight tour packages: credit cards will be charged 90-65 days prior to departure and only if trip is confirmed. Within 65 days prior to departure, credit cards will be charged immediate!
Single room supplement: Single persons booked on “share basis” must pay single room supplement if no share is available. The single room supplement will be charged after the tour. Share basis means double or triple occupancy.
Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy is also stated on each tour description under "important information".
for bus with overnight ferry/hotel trips: up to 45 days prior to departure, € 100 per person will be charged; 44 - 30 days prior to departure, 50% of the tour price will be charged; 29 - 15 days prior to departure, 75% of the tour price will be charged; 14 - 7 days prior to departure, 85% of the tour price will be charged; 6 days until day of departure 100% of the tour price will be charged. NO REFUND FOR NOSHOWS!
for bus with hotel overnight trips: up to 30 days prior to departure, € 100 per person will be charged; 29-15 days prior to departure, 50% of the tour price will be charged; 14-7 days prior to departure, 75% of the tour price will be charged; 6-3 days prior to departure, 90% of the tour price will be charged; 2 days prior to departure until the day of departure, 100% of the tour price will be charged! NO REFUND FOR NOSHOWS!
for flight with hotel overnight trips: up to 96 days prior to departure, € 10% of the tour price; 95-61 days prior to departure, 20% of the tour price; 60-35 days prior to departure, 50% of the tour price; 34-16 days prior departure: 75% of the tour price; 15-7 days prior departure: 90% of the tour price; 6 days until day of departure: 100% of the tour price will be charged. NO REFUND FOR NOSHOWS!
for bus day / express trips: up to 30 days prior to departure, € 100 per person will be charged; 30 – 8 days prior to departure, 80% of the tour price will be charged; 7 days – until the day of departure, 100% of the tour price will be charged! NO REFUND FOR NOSHOWS!
for PROMO trips: after booking 100% of the tour price will be charged. NO REFUND FOR NOSHOWS!
Booked tour gets cancelled by Interra Reisen: Please note, that your credit card only will be charged if a tour is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel a tour if the required minimum participation is not reached. We cancel trips at least 20 days before the start of the trip if the trip lasts more than 6 days and at least 7 days before the start of the trip with a duration of at least 2 days and maximum 6 days and at least 48 hours before the start of the trip if the duration of the trip is less than 2 days. If we have to cancel a tour, we contact you via phone or e-mail. You will not have to wait until a certain amount is refunded on your credit card account. In general we recommend to reconfirm your booked tour 3 days prior to departure!
Online bookings: Please note that we only check Online BOOKINGS during our business hours, Monday - Friday from 10:00am – 6:00pm. we then email a confirmation with your travel document. For bookings at the day of departure, please contact us in case you didn't receive an email reply within 2 hours. if you didn't receive any confirmation by email, please check your Spam / Junk folder or contact our office during business hours!
