DAY 1:
Departure from Böblingen Panzerkaserne, PX parking lot at 06:30 am. Departure from Wiesbaden JF Kennedy Str. corner Washington Str. bus waiting area at 09:30 am. We will depart on a special Mother’s Day cruise from Rüdesheim, winding down the Rhine for approximately one and a half hours. We disembark in the quiet town of Oberwesel am Rhein, where we will follow the road uphill to the magnificent Burghotel Schönburg for a delicious Royal Lunch. Enjoy views of the town and the Rhein River from the restaurant terrace, and explore the medieval details of the castle rooms. Afterwards, we head back down the hill into Oberwesel where we visit a wine cellar and join a wine-tasting afterwards. You’ll have some extra time to spend in this quaint German town. Evening arrival at points of origin.
