Itinerary (subject to change)
DAY 1: Departure from Wiesbaden, Washingtonstreet corner J.F. Kennedy Str., bus waiting area (off post) at 7:30 am. Departure from Ramstein Shell Autohof, bus parking lot (parking fee € 5/day) at 7:00 am. Departure from Kaiserslautern, Daennerplatz P&R parking lot (opposite Kleber Kaserne) at 7:30 am. Departure from Böblingen Panzerkaserne, PX parking lot at 10:00 am. In the late afternoon we arrive in the medieval town of Beaune in Burgundy, where we stay overnight. After checking in at the hotel, you’ll have time for dinner and to discover this beautiful city.
DAY 2: After breakfast and check out we drive to the south of France into the Provence. In the afternoon we arrive at our hotel in Aix en Provence. After check in, time to relax and to freshen up, before we meet for a welcome drink and dinner.
DAY 3: After breakfast in the hotel we start our day with a tour to Marseilles. Here we take a mini train up to the basilica “Notre Dame de la Garde” popularly known as La Bonne Mére – the good mother. This Neo Romanesque Byzantine church stands on a 161 meter high hill and is visited by two million people every year. After some free time we drive to the Lavender fields. We pay a visit to the lavender distillery “Lavendes Angelvin” and learn everything in the exhibition about the culture and harvest of lavender. In the late afternoon we drive back to our hotel. Dinner in the hotel (included).
DAY 4: After breakfast we start with our full day excursion to the French Riviera. Traveling along the Cote d’Azur, we arrive in Monaco, a sovereign state of just 1 sq. mile in area. The entire state consists of the old town of Monaco, the new town of Monte Carlo, La Condamine which links the two and Fontvielle, the industrial section. We stop at Monte Carlo, to where Monaco’s first Casino was moved in 1862 – thus beginning legacy of gambling for which Monte Carlo remains famous. Later in the afternoon we continue on to Nice, the Queen of the French Riviera. Here we stop at the Promenade des Anglais for shopping and pictures before we drive back to our hotel.
DAY 5: After an early breakfast and check out we travel back to Germany. Lunch and dinner stop en route (not included). Late night arrival at points of origin.

SINGLE ROOM SUPPLEMENT: € 240 for 4 nights. Persons booked on share basis must pay single supplement after the tour, if no share was available. Share basis means double or triple occupancy.

CHILDREN’S PRICE: Children 3-11 years old, pay € 40 less than adult price. Children under 3 years old,pay € 300.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Valid US Tourist Passport for military and civilian personnel. Non US-citizens must meet proper Visa requirements.
CANCELLATION FEES 2022: up to 28 days prior to departure, € 70 per person; 28-15 days prior to departure, 50% of the tour price will be charged; 14-2 days prior to departure, 75% of the tour price will be charged; 1 day prior to departure and at the day of departure, 100% of the tour price will be charged! NO REFUND FOR NOSHOWS!
