Itinerary (subject to change)

DAY 1:
Departure from Böblingen, Panzerkaserne PX parking lot at 05:00 am. Departure from Wiesbaden Hainerberg, Washington Street corner JF Kennedy Street, bus waiting area (off post) at 07:45 am. Departure from Ramstein Shell Autohof at 06:00 am. Departure from Kaiserslautern, Daennerplatz P+R parking lot at 06:30 am. Daytime travel to Germany’s great capital, Berlin, with a lunch break en route. Afternoon arrival at the famous “Checkpoint Charlie” in Berlin. Here you’ll have enough time to visit the famous Wall Museum, where objects are displayed which people from the former East used to escape over, under and through the Berlin Wall (entry extra). Afterwards we drive to our booked 4star superior hotel for check in. Our reserved hotel is perfectly located for the light festival, very close to the famous Alexander square. The evening is free to join the popular light art show in Berlin. Your guide will assist you to get around.

DAY 2:
After a nice buffet breakfast (included) in the hotel, we meet our local guide and discover Berlin on our sightseeing tour (included). We begin our tour along Berlin’s grand avenue “Unter Den Linden” and will see the Brandenburg gate, the government district with the Reichstag and the Chancellor’s office. We then drive to the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church and the Ku’damm, Berlin’s most popular shopping street. Afterwards we drive to the Holocaust Memorial, the area of Hitler’s bunker and stop nearby at the Potsdamer square. We will stop at the East Wall Gallery for pictures and so much more. After a break for lunch, we will visit the Wall Memorial, an outdoor exhibition which uses the Bernauer Street to illustrate the history of the Berlin Wall, presented on the former border strip. Afterwards we drive to stop at the “Glienicker Brücke”, a bridge, which was used to exchange captured spies during the times of the cold war and therefore was called “Bridge of Spies”! In the evening you'll have the next opportunity to see more of the creative, colorful and bright 19th Berlin Festival of Lights, called "Colours of Diversity".

DAY 3:
After buffet breakfast (included) in the hotel and check out, free time for shopping and lunch before we depart. Return journey to points of origin with dinner stop en route. Late evening arrival.

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES: Guaranteed pickups from Böblingen, Kaiserslautern, Ramstein and Wiesbaden. Transportation by deluxe motor-coach with WC, AC, reclining seats, refrigerator, VCR, 2 overnights with buffet breakfast in downtown 4 star superior hotel near Alexanderplatz, all rooms with private facilities, tourist tax, sightseeing as per itinerary, service of a local guide, service of an Interra Reisen tour guide, deposit ins.

SINGLE ROOM SUPPLEMENT: € 130 for 2 nights. Persons booked on share basis must pay single supplement if no share is available (will be charged after the tour). Share basis means double or triple occupancy.

SUPPLEMENTARY COSTS: meals, personal expenses, tips.

CHILDREN ’S PRICE: Children 3-11 pay € 20 less than adults. Children under 3 pay € 200, baby seat required for the bus.

CANCELLATION CHARGES for bus with hotel overnight trips: up to 30 days prior to departure, € 100 per person will be charged; 29-15 days prior to departure, 50% of the tour price will be charged; 14-7 days prior to departure, 75% of the tour price will be charged; 6-3 days prior to departure, 90% of the tour price will be charged; 2 days prior to departure until the day of departure, 100% of the tour price will be charged! NO REFUND FOR NOSHOWS!
