Day 1:
Departure from Boeblingen Panzerkaserne at 06:00 am. Departure from Wiesbaden Washington Str. corner JF Kennedy Str. at 09:30 am. Departure from Kaiserslautern Daennerplatz P+R parking lot, near Kleber Kaserne (free parking) at 08:30 am, departure from Ramstein Shell Autohof (parking fee extra) at 08:00 am. Your journey begins with a visit to the charming Clara Maria Cheese Farm. Here, you’ll not only have the chance to sample some of the finest Dutch cheeses but also witness a fascinating demonstration of traditional cheese-making. Afterward, enjoy a hands-on demonstration of wooden shoe (clogs) making, where you’ll see how these iconic shoes are still crafted by hand in the old-fashioned way. In the evening, you’ll arrive in Amsterdam and check into your modern 4-star hotel. With excellent public transport connections, the hotel offers easy access to the city center, making it a perfect base for exploring all the exciting sights and sounds the city has to offer. You can look forward to a comfortable stay that ensures a relaxing break after your travels. Your friendly guide will take you on a leisurely exploration of Amsterdam. As you stroll through the picturesque streets, you’ll discover the city’s rich history, vibrant atmosphere, and famous landmarks. This evening walk is the perfect way to get a feel for the unique charm of Amsterdam as you begin your adventure.
Day 2:
After enjoying a delicious and hearty breakfast, we’ll begin our exploration of Amsterdam with a leisurely walking tour of the historic old town. We’ll visit iconic sites such as the Anne Frank House, Dam Square and more. Following the tour, you'll have free time to explore the city at your own pace. Feel free to wander through Amsterdam's vibrant neighborhoods, visit one of its world-renowned museums, or simply relax with a coffee at a cozy local café. Alternatively, you can join us for an optional excursion (additional cost) to Zaanse Schans, home to the famous Dutch windmills. This charming open-air museum will transport you back in time, allowing you to witness these iconic windmills in action and learn about their important role in Dutch history and culture. In the evening, we’ll return to the hotel for a delightful dinner, thoughtfully prepared to offer a memorable dining experience in the 17th-floor restaurant. After dinner, you’ll have plenty of time to immerse yourself in Amsterdam’s lively New Year’s celebrations, which will light up the streets. If you prefer a more relaxed atmosphere, you’re welcome to stay in the restaurant or visit our hotel bar on the 23rd floor, where you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the city. Whether you choose to join the festivities or unwind with a drink and stunning views, the choice is yours.
Day 3:
Happy New Year! The day begins at a leisurely pace with a late breakfast, allowing you to relax and ease into the first day of the new year. It's the perfect way to start fresh and enjoy a calm, stress-free morning after the previous evening's festivities. Once you've enjoyed your meal and taken your time, we’ll check out of the hotel and begin our journey back to Germany. Late evening arrival at points of origin.
