Romania – Transylvania (NEW! 5 days!)
Visit the three cities of the Transylvanian triangle, Sibiu, Sighisoara and Brasov and join this exciting and imaginary tour to Dracula’s country
Day 1: Flight departure with Austrian Airlines from Frankfurt Airport at 09:20 am via Vienna to Sibiu, Romania. At 3:25 pm we will arrive at the airport of Sibiu and will be welcomed by our local English speaking guide. Afterwards we drive to our booked 4-star Hotel in Sibiu. Dinner in the hotel.
Day 2: After breakfast and check out we start with a sightseeing tour of the Siebenbuergen town of Sibiu. The European Capital of Culture in 2007 has a lot to offer and has always been the center of a German minority since the middle ages. Ticket for the Evangelical Lutheran Cathedral of Saint Mary included. After free time for lunch we drive to our booked 4-star Hotel in Sighisoara and check in. Free time to freshen up. Afterwards you're invited to stroll along the streets of this beautiful UNESCO medieval town. We end our walk at a cellar where you can try different kinds of local Brandy’s. Dinner in our booked hotel.
Day 3: After breakfast in our hotel we start with a sightseeing tour of Sighisoara highlighting the Clock Tower from the 14thcentury (which offers a great view over the citadel), The Church on the Hill and finally the birthplace of Vlad Tepes or Vlad the Impaler, known as Dracula. After free time for lunch, we drive to Biertan to visit the Church Castle Biertan followed by a wine tasting and a horse carriage ride through the village. Time to get ready and dressed for our Halloween dinner in the restaurant "Vlad Dracul" in Dracula's birthhouse. Count Dracula is invited to meet you!
Day 4: After a late breakfast we travel to Brasov, one of the best preserved medieval cities of Europe. During our sightseeing tour we pay a visit to the gothic Black Church dating back to the 14th century and a landmark of the town. Afterwards get ready for an unforgettable experience at Bran Castle also known as Bam Stoker’s imaginary Castle of the Transylvanian Count Dracula. We'll enjoy the Halloween Special tour with special audio-visual effects and actors who will interact with visitors. Dinner in Bran and late evening return to Sighisoara.
Day 5: After a late breakfast and check out, we depart for Sibiu. Flight back with Austrian Airline via Vienna to Frankfurt. Evening arrival (8:00 pm).

SINGLE ROOM SUPPLEMENT: € 200 for 4 nights. Persons booked on share basis must pay single supplement after the tour if no share was available. Share basis means double or triple occupancy.

CANCELLATION FEES: Up to 61 days prior to departure, € 100 per person; 60 - 30 days prior to departure, 50% of the tour price will be charged; From 29 - 15 days prior to departure until the day of departure, 65% of the tour price will be charged. From 14 - 7 days prior to departure until the day of departure, 85% of the tour price will be charged. From 6 days prior to departure until the day of departure, 100% of the tour price will be charged. NO REFUND FOR NOSHOWS!
